Some Ideas on How We'll Share Fair and Square

- Donate a certain number of shares as well as any extra food to a food bank, like Operation Food Search. Or in the summers, we may donate extra food to New Roots Urban Farm, who holds a farmers' market in the under-served north city area.

- Encourage shareholders to donate back any items in their weekly delivery that they don't want.

- Work with churches to develop a program to help with their charities.

- Work with other nonprofits to put on fundraisers.

- Seek grants to offer a certain number of subsidized shares.

- Encourage members who would like to help to give a "Dollar Extra" or "Donate a Week" to help us subsidize shares
